Lighthouse Windlass on IP37

When my original Simpson-Lawrence windlass broke (gearbox disintegrated). I shopped around for a replacement. The Lighthouse 1501 kept coming up as the top candidate. The question then became where and how to mount it. I never liked the placement of the original windlass. It dropped the chain too far forward into the locker and the tube that was used to divert it back was constantly a problem. Putting the windlass on the bowsprit would have raised the chain too high above the lock.
The decision was to place the windlass at the forward most portion of the deck. This required some reenforcing underneath. I also built a small platform on the top deck to accomodate the machinery.
