I have extensive sailing experience with a 100 ton master USCG license and advance ASA instructor certificate. I taught at the Maryland School of Sailing & Seamanship on IP 32, 37 & 40, so well familiar with IPs. If interested, please contact me at juliosailing at gmail.com and I can send you my full resume.
