Code Zero

After discussions with a few folks and most notably Hayden, I finally pulled the trigger and today (Jan 02, 2024) installed and tested the Code Zero from Mack Sails. Easy to install with a few minutes walk-through  on the phone with Travis Mack. 7.5 knott breeze and my IP37 was happily chugging along at 3.8knotts. Very happy with this purchase.

Yes, indeed. Still at SIBW. And I plan to change the game this year and actually use my boat

That is a most excellent resolution. We won't be able to match last year for sheer hours (4 straight months aboard to go around Abaco), but I'm hoping for balanced usage throughout the year with a couple of month-long cruises and several week or two "vacations".

Gorgeous. Do you have any details on how you attached the sail to your foredeck? A photo would be great. I've been pondering this for a while now. Thanks!

I will take pictures and respond over the weekend. What I can say is Travis at Mack Sails made and installed the mast crane when my boat was at Colin Mack (Mack Yacht Service) for maintenance work. He also made an attachment to the bow anchor roller. When he sent me the Code Zero in December, it had everything required with the exception of the mast halyard, which I already had. The kit included the sail, furler, pendant, bocks, shackles, sheets, furling leads, furl line, etc.
