I just ordered a new holding tank for my 420 from Dura Weld and will be installing it over the winter. I found some information on the IP Homeport site and a few other places that suggests that the cabin sole is a veneer on a single sheet of plywood. The post on IP Homeport makes it seem like I should be able to pull up the sole and plywood backing in one piece without cutting anything. To remove the tank, I will have to cut the subfloor and at least one side of the box where the tank is mounted. The posters on IP Homeport were Jason and Ashley, owners of Peregrine, Jacksonville. I reached out to them on IP Homeport and did not get a response. Does anyone know how to reach them? Also, has anyone replaced a holding tank in a 420? I attached the posting from IP Homeport to show how they did it on Peregrine -- they don't show how they removed the sole, though. Thanks.
