I am hoping someone can provide advice on changing the cockpit drain hoses on the IP380. They are finished on my new-to-me boat, and must be replaced immediately. I see that the IP35 solution is to go through the aft cabin. Any suggestions are welcome, my arms might not be long enough to get it from the port and starboard lockers.

I went thru the cockpit lockers to gain access to the cockpit drain hoses.
Using a Dremel tool with a cut off wheel (be careful not to cut the fitting) worked best. It takes time and perseverance.

Thank you very much. How were you able to reach the aft end (discharge) of the hoses? I did not think my arms were long enough. On the stbd side I can remove the linear drive for the auto helm, that should let me get somewhat closer.

It wasn't easy. I laid on my side and stretched to my limit. Another option is getting someone smaller to wiggle into position. Wear long sleeves so you don't get too banged up.
I didn't remove the autopilot arm.
When you place the new hose on, use a little dishwashing liquid to help slide the hose on. Don't forget to put the hose clamp on first on the hose so you can slide it in position. Maybe someone else has an easier solution.
