Dorade Guards for IP 32 ... Anyone fitted these??

I'm taking measurements when I get to the boat but has anyone installed the factory available dorade guards on an IP 32? Are the deck in-molded dorade boxes the same relative shape with all IP's? I have notices in the newer  320 -370 series boats they appear to be the same side angles and overall length with a slightly different curved front (I have not inspected beyond pics).  Also, are there any concerns with clearance of the 3" Stainless cowl vents I should be aware of? Any insight welcome.

A little late in responding. my excuse is I am in the final week of 6 at Chapmans School of Seamanship completing my Small Craft and Yacht Survey certification course.
I installed the IP factory Dorade Guards on my 1997 IP 37 and installed stainless steel cowl vents without any issues. I did take the extra step of fabricating new covers out of Starboard replacing the lexan/plexiglass originals.
