Powerpoint presentation

On a PC you can use the print screen key, top right side, says prt scr, and this will load the clipboard with whatever you have on the screen. Then you can paste this screen into ppt. I use this all the time. If you want a better screen capture program, then look at jingproject.com and install that. This will allow you to capture any area of the screen and save it as a jpg. One more option is Windows 7 which comes with snagIt. This is another screen capture.

So, load up your charting program and capture your screens. If you need a free charting program, see the document in our doc library about SeaClear.
