Good Morning,
Just arrived in Portsmouth after a good trip from Florida. Thinking about taking a week to cruise up the Potomac to DC. Any experience or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hayden,
After a full year with your travels to Maine etc., what's your feelings about Krylon, we're cruising in Florida (presently in Vero) and we'll be putting 'Gratitude' on the hard in April for some work among which is the boot stripe.
Thanks for any insights.
Regards,
Mike McPartland

Glen & Bobby
Good afternoon, Glen let's keep in touch as we get closer to January, my email is mcpart1@verizon.net.
Bobby thanks for the info, anything you think would be useful please forward to my email address. When do you head back to the Islands? We actually crossed paths under the Veranzano Bridge when you were on your way to Maine and I was returning to NJ from Newport back a couple of years ago.
Take care guys and safe travel.

Bobby,
We are also planning to make a visit to the Bahamas for the first time and I would appreciate any insights/advice you could provide.
Currently in Beaufort, NC heading to Amelia to leave Gratitude for the holidays then heading south and across in mid to late January.
Right now am planning to cross from Lake Worth to West End unless otherwise advised.
Thanks for any input.

This was a timely topic, I was planning to replace my lifelines. Hayden, the recommendation on Secosouth was right on, just spoke to them and they had the specs for 'Gratitude'- I'll have the replacements next week for a price (450) that I found reasonable for the product with the additional benefit of working with the folks who made the lifelines I'm replacing.
Thanks,

HAYDEN,
Good morning, we haven't met but I've enjoyed your work on behalf of the IP community. My wife Christine and I are owners on S/V Gratitude IP 32-110 and over the past six years have spent 5-7 months aboard each years traveling from the Keys to Maine.
We couldn't schedule joining your cruise to Maine due to scheduling conflicts with family so we did the trip a month early.
Homeport is Ocean City, N.J. and we left on May 28th with ultimate goal of visiting friends on Squirrel Island in Boothbay Harbor. The trip as usual has been great but I hope you have better luck with weather. We have had little sun and lots of rain.
Maine has been a real textbook for fog conditions and we feel we've really learned alot and gained a great deal of confidence with fog sailing/cruising.
We are on a mooring today in Scituate and may pass the fleet coming North in and around Cuttyhunk if you stay to your schedule.
Take care and safe seas.
